How it works:

1) I’ll send you an email with instructions for taking the Elevations Assessment* online and a short survey about your current career situation/stressors/goals.

2) You’ll complete the assessment and survey at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

3) We’ll meet for a 90 minute video call.

• We’ll spend about 75 minutes interpreting your results, digging deeper and uncovering insights about you and what a good career fit might look like.

• If you’re interested, in the remainder of the time I’ll share how continuing to work with me could help you in your job change or career pivot process. I’ll explain what I offer, and how it would apply to your specific situation.

After the session: 

• You’ll better understand your personality, skills, interests and values and how they might affect the way you search for jobs.

• You’ll have a pdf of results (plus notes from our coaching session) to reflect back on as you begin searching for opportunities. This will help you apply to roles that would be a good fit, not just the first ones you happen to see.

• You’re likely to feel validated and confident from getting results that elaborate on what you already thought was true about yourself, and energized and inspired by more surprising results that you hadn’t considered.
